The services are provided on a subscription basis, with different licensing tiers and subscription terms available.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual terms. The number of licenses determines how many users can access the service simultaneously.

3.2 Payment Terms

All fees are charged in advance based on your selected subscription term. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

If you enable automatic renewal, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at the time of renewal.

8. Service Availability

We strive to ensure the service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily interrupt service availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid subscription term.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
